• Each bonus offer may only be used once.
• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses is strictly prohibited.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Bets or game sessions that are not completed due to a technical error will be considered void.

6.2 Sports Betting

• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the bet on that event will be considered void and funds will be returned.
• The official announcement of the relevant sports authority shall be final in determining results.
• In live betting, bets placed after the market has closed will be considered void.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games are operated using verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game results are completely impartial and not predetermined. Each game provider follows its own rules.

9.2 Closure by Member

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

Limitation of Liability

qa99 bears no responsibility for the following:

• If a bet or game session fails due to internet disconnection or technical error.
• Any loss arising from the user's device or network issues.
• Delays or failures in third-party payment services.
• Loss resulting from the user sharing their account credentials with others.
• Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters, cyber attacks, and the like.

The maximum limit of liability is the current balance in the user's account. qa99 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
